Payment is made in full with a valid credit card when your stay is confirmed.
A refundable damage deposit of $200 is due at time of payment. This will be returned promptly after your stay (if no damages are found).
All houses require a 2 night minimum stay.
A $75 cleaning fee will be added to each reservation.
To receive a full refund (minus service fee-see below), your cancellation must be received no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is received 14-29 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of total stay and $200 damage deposit will be refunded (minus service fee). We are unable to offer a refund for your stay if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date, but your $200 damage deposit will be refunded.
All cancellations are subject to a $35 service fee.

Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is promptly at 10am.
ANIMALS / PETS
No pets are allowed in the home or on the property. Violation of this policy will result in the loss of your $200 deposit for cleaning.
We do have some firewood available at the houses free of charge. Please DO NOT transport firewood onto the premises from further than 10 miles from the home as required by the Department of Natural Resources.
Occupancy and use of the premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. We reserve the right to require any guest(s) to vacate the premises immediately and without refund if occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported.
