Do you allow pets?
Please contact the host directly for details regarding our pet policy and any special considerations.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
- 100% refund within 30 days of arrival
- 50% refund within 14 days of arrival
- No refund 13 days or less of arrival
Do you allow parties/gatherings?
Each property is allowed to have as many guests as the property sleeps. EXAMPLE: Property sleep 10 guests. 10 guests are allowed to be on site. If you have a special request of would like more information regarding gatherings please email info@tjsdestinationoshkosh.com
What is your smoking policy?
There is to be no smoking or vaping on the premises- indoors or outdoors. If the smell of smoking is apparent on site, guest subject to $250 additional cleaning fee
Do I have to sign the rental agreement?
Yes, before you are given check in information you will need to complete/sign our rental agreement.
What time is check in?
3:00pm. You may request an earlier check in, but it is not guaranteed and is dependent on the rental schedule
What time is check out?
10:00am. Guest is to be checked out by 10am, subject to an additional $25/hour fee if you stay past this time. You may request a later checkout but it is not guaranteed and is dependent on the rental schedule.

Where can we rent a boat?
Your boat club offers discounts to TJDO guests. Tim Euting can do guided tours. Etc
